Back in the late 80s, Kevin was in town(Columbia, MD)doing his one man Harry Truman show at Howard Community College. We were friends of the Artistic Director at the college and joined a small group after the show to have dinner with Mr. McCarthy at Clydes restaurant. While the waitress was taking orders, she was staring at us with the look of " I know who you are". She then proceeds to ask me if I am someone famous,completly ignoring the obvious noted actor.

Yhis got a big chuckle from Kevin as well as the whole table.
